In addition, VetCentric will keep Pet Owner lists confidential to VetCentric (and its successors and assigns) and not disclose same to third parties except service partners as required to fulfill orders placed, or for the fulfillment of marketing and promotional offers, or as permitted or required by law or if we believe in good faith, that such action is necessary in order to conform to the edicts of the law or comply with a legal process served on our websites. Fulfillment partners are allowed to use that information for secondary purposes, as this information is collected for fulfillment on their behalf.

How do we protect client information?
This website takes every precaution to protect our users' (your clients') information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, their information is protected both online and off-line.

VetCentric employs the latest 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology for site authentication and encryption. Credit card numbers or other personal information may be submitted with complete assurance that you are actually doing business with VetCentric (and not someone posing as VetCentric) and that the information that you are sending can not be intercepted or decrypted by anyone other than VetCentric. Credit card information, once entered is encrypted and displays only the last 4 digits of the card. Once it is entered it can only be deleted or re-entered.

While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user information off-line. All of our users' information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (e.g., our order entry and pharmacy staff or customer service representatives) are granted access to personally identifiable information. Furthermore, all employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Our employees are reminded monthly, as well as any time new policies are added, about the importance we place on privacy, and what they can do to ensure our users' information is protected. Finally, the servers that store personally identifiable information are in a secure, locked area, and are regularly backed up, so that no information is lost.

If users have any questions about the security at our website, users can send an email to privacy@vetcentric.com.

How do we allow you and your clients to update or change your information?

Clients may visit your website at any time, login into the Client Login, and modify any of their personal information.
