We love pets as much as you do and know how important it is to keep them up to date on their medications. Our programs and services help you stick with your veterinarian's prescribed treatment regimen.

• Automatic Refill Program makes it easy and convenient to automatically get your pet's medications when needed. When ordering online, simply check the AutoRefill box with each eligible prescription and your refills will automatically be sent to you when required. Our Automatic Refill Program has been proven to dramatically help pet owners maintain their veterinarian's prescribed treatment regimen.
• eNewsletters from your veterinarian that provide information on pet health issues and occasionally offer product and service promotions.
• Dosage and Reorder Reminder via both e-mail and phone make it easy to remember when to give your pet their medications. We'll even remind you to refill a prescription if our records indicate that you're getting low on supply.
• Notification and Transaction e-mails are part of the ordering process. We'll e-mail you to confirm that your order has been placed as well as send you an e-mail when your order has shipped. We may also periodically send you e-mails with product promotions, coupons, or announcements related to medications that you have on file. You will have the ability to opt-out of these e-mails at any time.
• Annual Preventive Program with special promotions on the best selling flea, tick, and heartworm medications. Be sure to ask your veterinarian for more details.
