  Shipping Method

UPS orders placed before 3:00 pm (EST) will ship the same business day.

DIETS:

Shipping charges for diets apply per bag and/or case delivered. Therefore, if two bags or cases are shipped, two shipping fees will be incurred.

 *Free Shipping Restrictions

• Applies only to prescriptions with at least one refill available after the initial order.
• Excludes diets, accessories, and heavy items. Heavy items currently include: Normosal, Normal Saline, Hydra Pearls, Lixotinic, LymDyp, Mineral oil. We may add or remove items to this list at any time.
• Excludes shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.
• We reserve the right to change or discontinue this program at any time.

Return Policy

You can return incorrect prescriptions that are unopened and unused within 30 days of the order ship date.

Compounded and counted medications are not eligible for return or credit, unless inaccurately filled. All other orders must be returned within 30 days of shipment to be eligible for return or credit. Shipping charges, except in the case of damaged deliveries, are non-refundable. Credits will be processed back to the credit card billed. Adjustment are processed within 30 days from VetCentric's receipt of the returned product(s).

VetCentric reserves the right to decline any return or exchange.

HEAVY ITEMS:

Heavy items are prescription items that weigh 8 lbs. or more.

Expedited Delivery is available for Diets and Heavy Items:

• 2 Day Delivery: $39.99
• Overnight Delivery: $44.99
• Overnight with Saturday Delivery: $54.99

OVER-THE-COUNTER:

Over-the-Counter products include shampoos, treats, non-Rx vitamins, chews, etc. Over-the-Counter products are shipped via UPS Mail Innovations or UPS Ground only. The shipping fee for each Over-the-Counter product is $5.99.

ACCESSORIES: 

Accessories are shipped via UPS Ground only. The shipping fee for each VetCentric Accessory is determined by the price of each product.

SPECIAL SHIPPING OFFERS:

When a medication product ships free of charge as part of a special shipping offer, all other medication products shipped with that order will also be shipped free of charge if the total weight of the shipment is less than 16 ounces.

SHIPPING POLICIES

• Orders must be received by 3pm EST in order to be shipped the same day for 2-Day and Overnight delivery.
• 2-Day and Overnight delivery orders received after 3pm EST will be shipped the following business day.
• All standard delivery orders will be shipped within one business day of receipt.
• Customers will be notified by phone or email if the prescription ordered cannot be shipped as requested.
• Orders placed prior to 3pm ET on Friday with Overnight Delivery are delivered on the following Monday.
• Orders placed on Saturday with Overnight Delivery are delivered on the following Tuesday.
• Orders with 'Overnight with Saturday Delivery' must be placed by 3pm ET on Friday, otherwise the items will be delivered on the following Tuesday.
• Shipping charges on all non-medication products are calculated separately.
