Call Center Technician

Under the direction of the Call Center Management, you will work with a team of other Call Center Technicians in servicing VetCentric’s Partner Practices and Pet Owners.

Basic functions of the position are to take inbound calls and place outbound calls to pet owners and veterinary clinics. All interactions will require you to make detailed notes in the client’s account using various computer systems.

High school diploma or GED required.A background in retail, pharmacy or customer service is preferred.  Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word applications. Strong problem solving, analytical, and math skills required. Work environment is casual, with all call center employees working in the same office at individual workstations.
